My turntable does not spin.

Low sound output.
Cause: Volume setting too low, poor audio cable connection, preamplifier problem.
Solution:
- Increase volume.
- Check and reconnect audio cable.
- Check preamplifier or replace.
Needle jumps.
Cause: Warped or uneven record, tonearm weight not adjusted correctly, damaged needle.
Solution:
- Replace record.
- Re-adjust tonearm weight.
- Replace the stylus.
Unstable speed.
Cause: loose or worn belt, motor problem, unstable power supply.
Solution:
- Replace or adjust the belt.
- Check the motor status.
- Ensure stable power supply.
Record cannot be placed normally.
Cause: Uneven turntable, debris on the turntable, wrong record size.
Solution:
- Adjust the bottom feet of the record player to keep it level.
- Clean the turntable.
- Confirm that the record size is appropriate.
Power light is not on.
Cause: Power is not connected, power adapter problem, power switch is damaged.
Solution:
- Check the power connection.
- Try to replace the power adapter.
- Check or replace the power switch.
Unable to switch speed.
Cause: Faulty speed switch, improper belt installation, motor failure.
Solution:
- Check the speed switch and replace it if necessary.
- Reinstall the belt.
- Check if the motor is working properly.
The stylus cannot be lowered.
Cause: The tonearm lift mechanism is stuck, mechanical parts lack lubrication, and the lift mechanism is damaged.

No sound after Bluetooth connection.

Cause: Unstable placement, resonance with other devices, chassis structure problem.
Solution:
- Place on a stable surface.
- Avoid resonance with other devices.
- Check chassis structure and reinforce if necessary.
Cannot read vinyl records.
Cause: Improper needle installation, tonearm deviates from track, needle damaged.
Solution:
- Re-install needle.
- Adjust tonearm track.
- Replace the needle.
The audio output connector is damaged.
Cause: The audio cable connector is damaged, the connector has poor internal contact.
Solution:
- Replace the audio cable or connector.
- Check and repair the connector's internal connections.
The tonearm does not reset.
Cause: The reset mechanism is stuck, the mechanical parts are not lubricated, the reset spring is damaged.
Solution:
- Clean and lubricate the reset mechanism.

The turntable noise comes from the power supply.
Cause: Power interference, damaged power cord, grounding problem.
