Audio Keeper Limited Warranty Policy

Coverage
This warranty applies to Audio Keeper turntables purchased within the U.S. from www.theaudiokeeper.com, unless stated otherwise in the product manual.

Warranty Period:

• Start Date: The warranty starts on the purchase date, as indicated on your proof of purchase.
• Duration:
  • All Products: 1 Year

Warranty Exclusions:

This warranty does not cover:

• Commercial or industrial use
• Issues caused by improper power supply (e.g., low voltage, faulty wiring)
• Damage from external factors or non-approved accessories
• Use outside intended conditions (e.g., extreme temperatures)
• Natural disasters (e.g., lightning, floods, fires, earthquakes)

Remedies:

If a hardware defect is found, Audio Keeper will either:

• Repair the product using new or refurbished parts at no charge, or
• Replace it with a new or refurbished unit.

Defective parts will be retained by Audio Keeper.

How to Request Warranty Service:

To request warranty service, please contact us within the warranty period, providing the following:

• Your name and contact details
• The original purchase receipt (showing date, dealer, and model number)

We’ll evaluate the issue and recommend the best solution. Please retain the original packaging for returns.
