- At Audio Keeper, customer satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 60-day money-back guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 60 days of receipt for a full refund.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused, free from damage, stains, or signs of wear.
- Products must be returned in their original condition, including packaging and accessories.
- Certain products, including turntables, speakers, and media stands, cannot be returned if damaged by user mishandling.
How to Return Items

Attach a note with the reason for the return and provide photos/videos of the item. -
Return Shipping:
Once your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label. Use this label to send the item back to us. - Shipping Costs:
- Product defect or quality issue: We cover the return shipping costs.
- Change of mind or customer damage: You’re responsible for return shipping.
Refund Process
- Refund Amount & Timeline: Refunds are typically processed within one week after we receive the returned item.
- Credit Card Refunds: If you paid by credit card, it may take 1-2 weeks to process, depending on your credit card company.

If you’d like to exchange your purchase, follow these simple steps:

Important Notes:
- We do not charge extra fees for returns, except for customer preference returns.
- Do not return damaged items without contacting us first. This will delay the process.
- Items from separate orders must be returned separately.
