Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, free from damage, stains, or signs of wear.
  • Products must be returned in their original condition, including packaging and accessories.
  • Certain products, including turntables, speakers, and media stands, cannot be returned if damaged by user mishandling.

How to Return Items

  1. Initiate the Return:

  2. Include Documentation:
    Attach a note with the reason for the return and provide photos/videos of the item.
  3. Return Shipping:
    Once your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label. Use this label to send the item back to us.
  4. Shipping Costs:
  • Product defect or quality issue: We cover the return shipping costs.
  • Change of mind or customer damage: You’re responsible for return shipping.

Refund Process

  • Refund Amount & Timeline: Refunds are typically processed within one week after we receive the returned item.
  • Credit Card Refunds: If you paid by credit card, it may take 1-2 weeks to process, depending on your credit card company.

If you’d like to exchange your purchase, follow these simple steps:

  2. Return the Original Item:
    After we confirm your request, we’ll send you a return label. Please return the item in its original, unused condition.

  • Defective or damaged item: We cover return shipping.
  • Change of mind or customer error: You’re responsible for return shipping.

    Let us know which item you’d like to exchange for. We’ll reserve it for you until we receive the returned product.
  2. Receive Your New Item:
    Once we receive your returned item, we’ll ship out your new one and send you a confirmation email with tracking info.

Important Notes:

  • We do not charge extra fees for returns, except for customer preference returns.
  • Do not return damaged items without contacting us first. This will delay the process.
  • Items from separate orders must be returned separately.
